Recharge Your Energy || Morning Yoga Flow | 20 minutes

Hey guys!

This is a gentle morning yoga flow if you feel like you need a little boost of energy for your day! It's recommended to practice this flow in the morning instead of at night as its provides more energy than calmness which is what you need more of during your day than at night to drive you through the day.

It has a combination of strength, stretch and circulation boosting poses to stimulate your body to increase your energy, feel good endorphins and improve your physical well being.

This flow is suitable for all yogi abilities - with that said go at your own pace and only move how you feel comfortable. Hope you enjoy it!

Also my door was blowing in the wind and made an appearance in end of the video on the left hand side incase anyone was wondering what that was - sorry!!
