Ultimate Cheese cake recipe in air fryer
this is a very easy and basic cheesecake recipe you can make in no time whenever you are craving for cheesecake.
only 3 ingredients we need
cream cheese kiri 5 cubes
1 egg
⅓ tin condensed milk
blend all ingredients in blender or with electric beater, mix well.
pour on biscuit base and bake in air fryer for 10 minutes.
cool completely and then top with any of your favorite topping and enjoy.
for biscuits base:
5 butter or any type of cookies lotus or digestive
crush them well and mix in melted unsalted butter and set in your baking pan;
I used paper cups you can use silicone cupcake molds too.
