Well hello! ♥ In today's video I'll be helping you through a panic attack. These are real tips and tricks I've learned from therapy, research, and things I use in my everyday life to keep my panic attacks at bay or talk myself down when they get intense. This includes specific breathing techniques, grounding tools, self-talk strategies, comforting you, and more. I know it's difficult, but it's going to be okay. ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response which is a fancy way of saying a phenomenon from certain sounds that produce tingles and/or relaxation. Tingles usually start on the scalp and travel down your back. ASMR is great for relaxation, insomnia, tingles, and can be extremely helpful for some people that struggle with anxiety/panic attacks and/or depression (like me!)
