The Birth of the Sports Speed System
After years coaching in professional rugby, I kept seeing the same problem:

So I stripped everything back and rebuilt the entire speed model from scratch — using 4 simple layers:
1️⃣ General Speed – pure linear sprinting
2️⃣ Specific Speed – sprinting for actual game distances
3️⃣ Special Speed – sprinting WITH the movements/decisions seen in matches
4️⃣ Tactical Speed – sprinting that directly influences the scoreboard
