Hi Friends!

You know there’s just something about doing back exercises that feels so dang good! It’s a feeling of power and confidence, maybe that’s why I love working my back so much!
Luckily (and actually accidentally) in this workout we will only do the chest press for 2 sets. I admit I got a little too excited about continuing on with Back and Core!
(Somehow I have the feeling that you’re OK with that!)

This quick but intense session focuses on heavier, controlled movements designed to build strength, stability, and muscle definition.

We’ll hit each exercise twice—giving you that extra push to maximize muscular effort and progress to the next level. Core activation is woven into the workout, so you’ll feel strong, supported, and powerful throughout.

🔥 What to expect:
✔️A short Core and Stretch Warm-up
✔️6 Exercises X 2 Sets (mostly with progression- although this is optional)
✔️12 Total Intervals: 40 Seconds of Work / 13 Seconds Rest (transition)
✔️Back + Chest strength-building moves
✔️Core engagement for stability and strength
✔️Heavier weight, repeated sets for max results
(I am using 12 pound Dumbbells for your reference)
✔️A rewarding stretch session to finish strong

No time wasted—just efficient, effective training that delivers results!
