This low impact cardio workout contains no jumping exercises and takes only 25 minutes. The exercises are performed in Tabata style, so you will be doing each exercise for 20 seconds on – 10 seconds off. All exercises have a low impact on your tendons and joints. It is therefore very suitable for beginners, for people who have an overuse injury or if you just have bad knees.
Halfway through this low impact workout you will get a short water break.
