E' arrivato il periodo dell'anno in cui si ha voglia di dolci freschi e soprattutto leggeri, magari con tanta bella frutta.
Ecco allora che queste cheesecakes monoporzione sono l'ideale per un fine pasto o una merenda.
Semplici da fare e davvero molto leggere e fresche.
Perfette se decorate con frutta fresca preferita o con della marmellata senza zucchero. Se invece volete una versione più golosa e avete in giro ancora uova di Pasqua, vi basterà sciogliere un pò di cioccolato e spalmarlo sulla superficie.

INGREDIENTI *
100 gr di biscotti secchi integrali
40 ml di latte o bevanda vegetale (quello preferito)
1 uovo
300 gr di yogurt greco 0%
2 cucchiaini di zucchero (in alternativa 4 gr di stevia o altro dolcificante)
frutta fresca a piacere q.b.

Simple to make and really very light and fresh.
Perfect if decorated with your favourite fresh fruit or sugar-free jam. If you want a more mouth-watering version and still have some Easter eggs lying around, simply melt some chocolate and spread it on top.

1 egg
300 g 0% Greek yoghurt
2 teaspoons of sugar (alternatively 4 g stevia or other sweetener)
