🥘 Kathal Kofta Recipe (Step-by-Step – Easy & Tasty)
Samagri (Ingredients):
Kofta ke liye:
Kathal (jackfruit) – 2 cup (ubla hua, mashed)
Besan – 1katori
Hari mirch – 1 (barik kati)
Adrak – 1 tsp (kasa hua)
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Lal mirch powder – ½ tsp
Haldi – ¼ tsp
Namak – swad anusar
Hara dhania – 2 tbsp (kata hua)
Tel – fry ke liye
Gravy ke liye:
Tel / ghee – 3 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Tej patta – 1
Pyaz – 2 (paste bane hue)
Tamatar – 2 (paste bane hue)
Adrak-lahsun paste – 1 tbsp
Haldi – ¼ tsp
Dhaniya powder – 1½ tsp
Lal mirch powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Malai / fresh cream – 2 tbsp (optional)
Namak – swad anusar
Pani – zarurat anusar
👩🍳 Banane ki Vidhi:
Step 1: Kathal tayaar karein
Kathal ko pressure cooker mein namak aur pani ke saath 2–3 seeti tak ubal lein. Thanda hone par achhe se mash kar lein.
Step 2: Kofta mixture
Uble kathal mein besan, bread crumbs, hari mirch, adrak, sabhi masale aur hara dhania daal kar achhe se mix karein. Chhote-chhote gol kofta bana lein.
Step 3: Kofta talna
Kadhai mein tel garam karein aur medium aanch par koftas ko golden brown hone tak tal lein. Tissue paper par nikal kar rakh dein.
Step 4: Gravy banayein
Kadhai mein tel garam karein. Jeera aur tej patta daalein. Pyaz paste daal kar sunhera hone tak bhunein. Ab adrak-lahsun paste aur tamatar paste daal kar tel chhodne tak bhunein.
Step 5: Masale aur gravy
Haldi, lal mirch, dhaniya powder, namak daalein. Pani daal kar gravy ko 5–7 minute pakne dein. Ant mein malai aur garam masala milayein.
Step 6: Kofta add karein
Serving se 5 minute pehle koftas gravy mein daalein aur halki aanch par pakayein.
