This is a personal favourite. Fast, hard and very honest.
Tip
If you have a tendency to get tight and compress your low block PUT A PILLOW UNDER YOUR BELLY.
*Really try not to overload you low back and make your core, shoulders and hips work!
What you will need:
-wall space
-floor space
-yoga mat
-yoga block
Routine :
1. Core - dead bug with a block
2. Prone
sphynx shoulder blade CARs
shoulder blade CARs
shoulder extension Passive range lift offs
lower swimmers hovers hinges
upper swimmers hovers hinges
shoulder elevation hover challenge
hip extension lift offs
3. Quadruped Maximum Spine flexion/extension segmentations (cat cow)
