DB Bench Press 3 sets 6-8 reps
High incline DB Press 3 sets 10 reps
Super Set
Incline prone Lateral Raise 3 Sets 10-12 reps
Weighted Push ups 3 sets 10-12 reps
Skull Crushers 2 sets 10-12 reps
