🔥 6 Minute Abs Workout — Mix, Strength Circuit (Level 2, With Weights) 🔥
Welcome to today’s session! We’re diving into a 6-minute “Mix – Strength” workout, specially designed to target both your front abs and obliques through short, powerful sets. This circuit is all about building core strength and stimulating muscle growth (hypertrophy) using heavier weights and focused movement.
💪 Why this “Mix” circuit?
These short, efficient workouts are perfect for those who want real results in less time. Ideal if your weekly schedule is tight but you still want to challenge your core and build definition.
🧱 Workout Format:
We’ll alternate between 2 key exercises, repeated 3 times each:
High Crunches — 3 rounds
Windshield Wipers — 3 rounds
Each round lasts 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest.
🧘♂️ What You’ll Need:
✔️ A yoga mat
✔️ Ankle weights (I’m using 2 kg each)
✔️ A dumbbell or weight (I’m using 20 kg)
👉 Go ahead and strap on your ankle weights and place your weight nearby — you’ll need both to maximize strength gains during this circuit.
⚠️ Don’t forget to warm up properly! Especially with heavier weights, prepping your spine, hips, and core is key to avoid tension or injury.
This routine hits hard in a short time — your abs and obliques will feel the difference!
