LOWER BODY COMPONENT TO THIS WORKOUT: • Bodyweight Circuit + Tabata Workout - Lowe...
This workout is broken up into a circuit and tabata blast. For the circuit, you'll do each of the five exercises for 45 seconds, back to back. Rest for 30-60 seconds then repeat the circuit a total of 4 times.
For the tabata, alternate between the two exercises using an interval structure of 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest x8.
