I started my private practice in 2019 and we now have 30+ therapists and 600+ clients. We are a 7 figure business that leads with intention, alignment, and compassion. I created The Thriving Practice Academy to transform the toxic culture that mental health workers are too often effected by, and prioritize abundance over scarcity. LET'S DO THE THING.

This is not another generic business course. The Thriving Practice Academy is a trauma informed, emotionally honest, and practical space to learn, connect, and grow as both a clinician and a business owner. I've taken the last 10 years of my personal and professional experience, and shoved it all into these three courses. I'm so, so proud of it.
