嗨！大家好，我是Patrick。台灣疫情降二級後，生活慢慢回到過往，我也開始忙上課了(開心)。希望大家一切也都好喔😊

今天這部15分鐘的訓練影片，囊括了心肺、四肢肌力、還有核心。強度屬於中至高強度。適合平常有固定訓練習慣的人。如果你是健身新手，建議將組間休息時間拉長至1-2分鐘，好好地休息一下，再繼續訓練。

影片內共24個動作。4個動作為1組，每個動作30秒，連續完成4個動作後休息30秒。前2組為心肺訓練，後4組依序訓練胸、背、肩、腹。

Hi, I’m Patrick. Taiwan’s pandemic situation is becoming better and lives is recovering too. Truly hope you are doing well, and let’s all get through this global crisis asap.

Today’s video is a 15 minutes full body workout, which includes cardio workout and muscle training from upper body to core. This is a high intensity workout. If you are a beginner, longer rest time during each set is recommend.

There 24 movements in total. Each set is composed by 4 consecutive moves. Each move last 30 seconds. There will be 30 seconds rest between each set. The first 2 sets are cardio training. The other 4 sets are going to train chest, back, arms, and abs.
