Systems Thinking and Neurodiversity - with Mona Johnson

This week I’m chatting to Mona Johnson, who is, as she describes herself: “a GP by background who ended up in digital health by accident, with a career shaped by designing governance and learning systems that make decision-making more explicit, fairer, and less dependent on who happens to be in the room”. She’s the Deputy Director for Digital Urgent & Emergency Care, and Clinical Director of NHS Pathways, the NHS website, 111online and other products at NHS England. Previously she was Deputy Clinical Director of Patient Safety at NHS Digital, and her clinical role is with NHS Practitioner Health.
