In this introductory training, we will go through swallowing disorders and dysphagia, the background and development of IDDSI and its framework. Furthermore, we will look at how to use the framework and its testing methods for different consistencies inlucindg where to find more information regarding IDDSI.
Our presentors are speech therapist Rosanna Cunningham who works at the Speech Therapy Clinic, Danderyd Hospital and Matilda Nilsson who is a dietitian working at Clinical Nutrition Adult, Karolinska University Hospital.
