If you want the dimensions of the panels here they are:
Top Shelf - 520mm x 207mm
Bottom Shelf - 520mm x 207mm (with notches cut out of the corners)
Side Panels (if you only want to add 1 panel): 471mm x 233mm
Side Panels (if you plan on adding 2 on each side): 471mm x 226mm
You can most likely get the corrugated plastic, the foil tape, and the spray glue at your local hardware but if you can't here's where I got mine. The problem with ordering it online is that they sometimes bend it and I don't like using the pieces that are bent (my OCD)
