Yin Yoga For the Hips

This class provides several different modifications for each of the yin postures to satisfy my fellow members of the tight hip club and those with open hips. One third physical, one third emotional and one third energetic, this practice can relieve hip discomfort, vitalize the organs of reproduction and elimination and get your energy moving though the pelvis - home of the muladhara (root) and svadhisthana (sacral) chakras.
My studio is closed so that means more classes!
Weekly Class Schedule through June:
Mondays 5 pm - Level 1 Yoga Basics
Tuesdays 10:30 am - Subtle Flow Somatic Yoga
Wednesdays 9:30 am - Yin or Restorative Yoga
Fridays 10:30 am - Subtle Flow Somatic Yoga
Saturdays 9 am - Level 1-2 Slow Flow Yoga
