Back & Traps Workout
(Rest periods were short! As soon as my partner finished his set, I would begin my set)
Dumbbell Pullover with Pullups (3 sets regular; 3 sets reverse)- 6 sets of 10-15 reps
Incline Seal Rows with Dumbbell Shrugs- 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Barbell Shrugs with Bent Over Rows- 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Straight Arm Pulldowns with Low Rows- 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Close Grip Pulldown- 3 sets of 10 reps
Single Arm Pulldowns- 3 sets of 10 reps (each arm)
