*warmup with 4 to 5 sets of dips and chin-ups
Weighted Dips with Reverse Curls- 5 sets of 8-10 reps
Close Grip Hammer Strength Press with Hammer Curls- 5 sets of 8-10 reps
Dumbbell Tricep Extension with Barbell Curl- 5 sets of 8-10 reps
Concentration Curls with Tricep Pressdowns- 5 sets of 8-10 reps
*finished workout with 50 diamond pushups
