Fat Burning Cardio Workout - Follow Along
If you don’t have a hex bar, feel free to use a barbell, EZ bar, or dumbbells! Get leaner and maintain muscle!
Each circuit only requires the hex bar or trap bar and some open space. The first circuit is for lower body and the second one is for upper body. Both circuits are about 3 minutes long. Take 2-3 minutes rest in between circuits. Aim for 10-15 minutes total of work for great fat-burning benefits!
Lower body circuit:
Deadlift x15
Carry x25-30M
RDLs x15
Carry x25-30M
Deadlift x15
Carry x25-30M
RDLs x15
Carry x25-30M
Rest
Upper body circuit:
Bent over row x15
High carry x25-30M
Push up x15
High carry x25-30M
Plank knee to opposite elbow x20
High carry x25-30M
Bent over row x15
High carry x25-30M
Rest
