Mon - Rest
Tuesday - 2 hr 30 min Long Run
Wednesday - 5km Recovery Run
Thursday - Long Interval Session
Friday - Strength & Conditioning / 3km Base Run
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 1 hr Base Run
This week I stay local and run a nice 2 hr long run in my local woods. And we discuss this week's topic of footwear. What shoes do you need to run? And how many pairs do you need?
