Welcome back to my fifth pregnancy video that showcases a full lower body workout in the second trimester and a full day of eating! I also discuss some goals I have for 2025 and give some pregnancy and nursery decor updates.
In this pregnancy series, I detail how I’m modifying my workouts and lifestyle to stay healthy for pregnancy! Prior to pregnancy, I was a competitive powerlifter of 7 years and I am extremely passionate about finding ways to move my body and stay healthy in all phases of life…especially this most important phase of preparing for birth!
