Hi! I'm Shirkendra welcome to my channel! I help women over 40 and beginners build self-confidence in mindful movements and how to live a healthier lifestyle. I focus on ways to relax and release tension through the body with gentle yoga, meditation and wellness practices.

About
Shirkendra began her yoga journey on YouTube in 2016 to improve her health condition. After experiencing the benefits of yoga, she wanted to encourage others do the same. Shirkendra received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification and became a business owner of Spirit Light Yoga in 2022. She has traveled to different venues to teach group yoga, private yoga and online zoom from home. She strives to uplift and encourage inclusivity in her community and surrounding areas. Shirkendra is passionate about being a guiding light to those who desire to feel better and confident. She started her channel to expand her reach and welcome others to experience a safe space to begin their healing journey.
