How to do an elbow lever tutorial. This is a beginner parkour/calisthenics/gymnastics exercise that targets the chest,triceps and helps you learn to balance. The elbow lever is a good strength exercise. If you have a calisthenics background it should take only 2 months to master the elbow lever after following the progressions.
