A happy Day with Naree in Chiang Mai.
For Naree’s last day in Chiang Mai, we took a short trip to the Lamphun Skywalk — a new spot none of us had visited before.
The 40-minute drive brought us there just before 3 PM, and we grabbed a tasty noodle lunch at a small shop near the entrance. From there, we hopped on a Songtel (only 20 THB) to reach the top instead of walking.
The skywalk entry fee was 50 THB, same fee for local or visitors, the view from above was incredible — we could even see Chiang Mai in the distance! It was a perfect spot for photos and a bit of adventure.
Afterwards, we stopped by the Kruba Sriwichai Monument, a beautiful golden statue of the famous monch, ontop of a mount, overlooking the area below. Photos of his life’s work are on display inside the monument, afterwards I climbed a few steps to explore a nearby temple.
By late afternoon, we finished our visit, it was time to drive on to Hariphunchai, for the final visit. Feeling happy and grateful for such a fun day together — a perfect way to end Naree’s visit!
