Welcome to my BURNOUT workout! This pilates-based burn will work your abs, booty, and arms through a series of both classical and contemporary exercises. At it's base it is a deep core workout that will leave you toned and feeling strong. And it's FUN!
*Light DBs Needed (nothing heavier than 5 lbs). Dance Moves Optional!
