In this 40-Minute Ultimate Deep Stretch & Relax, we begin with a gentle 8-minute slow flow to wake up the body, increase circulation, and create enough internal warmth for your fascia to truly soften.
From there, we shift into long, nourishing Yin-style holds—which will cause your connective tissue to slowly unwind. As the fascia releases, we create space for old tension, stagnation, and those “knots” of unprocessed emotion to move, breathe, and finally let go.
This practice is about freedom:
🌿 Freedom in your joints
🌿 Freedom in your breath
🌿 Freedom from the tightness you’ve been carrying
🌿 Freedom to feel, soften, and return home to yourself
No props are necessary, but I highly recommend creating a supportive little nest:
• Cushions or pillows
• Bolsters or yoga blocks
• A blanket or extra layers
• An eye pillow if you want to drop even deeper
Let your body be supported so your fascia feels safe enough to release.
