Curry ketchup is one of Germany’s most iconic condiments—tangy, lightly spiced, and perfect with sausages, chips, burgers, and especially mayo. It’s the star of currywurst, Germany’s favourite street food.
This was one of my earlier videos, filmed when I was still posting under the name “Lee’s Camp Cooking,” and while it’s a little less polished, the recipe is absolutely worth making. You can find curry ketchup in speciality shops in Australia, but it’s pricey—and honestly, we prefer this homemade version. It’s so easy and keeps in the fridge for months.
