Thakkali kadaisal – Ingredients
Tomato –1kg
Shallots – 200 g
Garlic - 25 g
Cumin Seeds – ½ Tbsp
Mustard Seeds –1 Tbsp
Green Chillie – 4 to 5 nos.
Curry Leaves – As required
Coriander Leaves – As required
Oil - 100 Ml
Salt – To taste
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp
