Bao buns with Chinese sticky pork belly

These doughy bao buns are the simplest, tastiest things to make, stuffed full of light pickled slaw and sticky Chinese glazed pork. Usually these type of dishes are so long in preparation and cooking times whereas this recipe can be made and served in just under 30 minutes.
The buns can be produced in batches and frozen, just add a little sesame oil between them. Perfect to be taken out, steamed and served with your favourite filling.
Ingredients
Sauce:
Hoisin Sauce 1.5 Tbsp
Chilli Powder 1.5 x tsp
Soy Sauce 1.5 tbsp
Beetroot powder (for colour)
Chinese five spice
Honey 3 x tbsp
Palm Sugar 1 x tsp
500g Plain flour
7g Yeast Fast acting
200 ml warm water
1.5 x tsp castor sugar
1 x tsp baking powder
