Lots of progress in rehabbing my right scapula! Really loving the last weeks training so i thought i wanted to share one of my session that i had with you. I usually have one old time strongman upper body strength day where i focus on forgotten lifts (bent presses, sidepresses, twisting waiters press...) and play more the other two sessions are more focused on combining conventional strength training with bodyweight/ring training stuff. Skip to the bench press if you are not into my scap rehab or if you not wanna watch the full warm up. Loved your feedback on instagram and here on youtube!
