Standing Cardio & Abs Workout | Dance Inspired Standing Workout | 30 Mins At Home, No Equipment

Join me for a 30 minute standing full body workout consisting of dance based exercises to tone and sculpt your body. Ideal to use as part of your weightloss programme and feelgood exercise routine. We'll start with a warm up, cardio section with no jumping followed by a lovely stretch section to finish. This standing workout needs no dance experience and will give you a cardio workout as well as a standing core workout. I have created this from my experience as a former professional dancer and Internationally Certifed Pilates Teacher. This session has dance and ballet inspired exercises that may surprise you in how challenging they are to your muscles. You'll be sure to feel a glow and get a thigh burn after this one! Enjoy!
