Oxtail - Delicious, Juicy and Easy. This is so good, the Best Oxtail.

This is the way I prepare my Oxtail, it is absolutely delicious. This is one of my family's favorite meats, and although it takes a long time to cook, thebtaste is fenomenal. I assure you that you will love it.

Ingredients:
5 pounds of oxtail
1/2 Cup of Vinegar (To wash the meat)
3 Tablespoons of Sofrito (link 👇⬇)
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic (link 👇⬇)
1 Tablespoon of Adobo or All Purpose Seasoning
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 Tablespoon of Cilantro
2 Packs Sazon - Achiote
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons of Mojo
1 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt
1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Oxtail Seasoning * Optional
If you cannot find this - you can add
1 Tablespoon Steak Seasoning
2-3 Squirts of Hot Sauce - To your liking

1/4 Red Pepper
1/4 Green Pepper
1/2 Red Onion
1 Celery Stalk
1/4 Bunch of Cilantro
1-2 Green Onions

2 Beef Bouilluon
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
** Additional: 1 Pack Sazon with Achiote (optional, for better color)
If you like it with more spice, add more hot Sauce to your taste.
