Welcome to your 50 Min Pilates Workout Beginner | Full Body Mat Pilates | traditional Pilates Inpired | No Equipment 🍑 💪🏼🧡

This full body Mat Pilates workout is my Level 1 (Beginner) to Level 2. We work & stretch intermittently for 50 Minutes.

It is a feel good Pilates class that will condition your whole body, that is beginner friendly. ❤️️ We work your whole body, and you will definitely feel your Muscles burn! Especially the glutes! 🥰🔥Take the rest if you need.

💪 As most of the exercises are supported throughout, and as we stretch throughout, this workout is a great beginner workout! It is also a great workout if you’ve been training a while and would like a feel good session with focus on foundational strength 💪🏽

This is a great Level 1 (Beginner) Pilates Workout! All levels eapecially my Level 2’s (Beginner to Intermediates) will enjoy this Pilates workout 🙌🏼

Here are the levels of my Pilates workouts: (Please note my Pilates Workout levels may be different to other Pilates teachers and Pilates workouts, so I suggest you start with my easier workouts and build yourself up to my higher-level workouts if needed 😊)

1. Beginner Pilates
2. Beginner to Intermediate Pilates
3. Intermediate Pilates
4. Intermediate + Pilates

Most of my Pilates workouts are very physio based so great to get your body feeling strong & amazing!

📌 Pilates is a great tool to create core, glute & all over body strength as well as stability throughout your body, therefore creating a better functioning body & reducing your risk of injury. Just please make sure you work with in your means, keep the form & make sure the right muscles are doing the work. 😃

💪 This is a simple yet very effective 50 minute Pilates Beginner Friendly workout. In this Pilates workout, we are focusing on your whole body, your abs, glutes (a lot of booty work!), legs, upper body (including posture work), and concluding with some stretches.
