💪This is a 10 minute warm up routine you can do before your resistance workout. Or you can enjoy it as a 10 minute movement session to add for some extra mindful movement to your day! 💪🏽💃✨
This 10 minute warmup/ movement session will increase your heart rate which will increase your core temperate, mobilise your joints and increase your range of motion, as well as activate and prepare your muscles for your workout, therefore decreasing your risk of injury.
📌 Please listen to your body, do not work through pain, really follow my cues and focus on the muscles that should be working. Take the rests when you need!
🧠 This warmup workout consists of 12 exercises which takes around 10-11 mins. Do all 12 exercises for a good warm up before your workout. 😊 Or you can just enjoy this as a 10 minute full body movement session if you need a little more activity during the day.
