There are hundreds of varieties of kimchi made with different vegetables as the main ingredients. Traditionally, kimchi was stored in-ground in large earthenware to prevent the kimchi from being frozen during the winter months. Nowadays, kimchi refrigerators are more commonly used to store kimchi.
Radish Leaves Kimchi is one of my favorite kimchi
Kimchi sauce Ingredients
1/2 cup Salted shrimp(alamang)
1 cup Fish sauce(patis)
2 tbsp Mesil
1 cup Asian pears juice
3 tbsp Sugar
1 small size carrot
1 onion
1 tbsp ginger
1/2 cup of minced garlic
1/2 cup of chili powder
20 pcs dried chili 🌶
