[Cooking ingredients]
Young summer radish (yeolmu), Coarse salt, Kelp broth, Dried red pepper, Garlic, Dried shrimp,
Fish sauce, Soy sauce marinated crab sauce, Pepper seed, Red pepper powder, Glutinous rice paste
[Recipe]
1.Slice the washed yeolmu into bite-size pieces
2.Wash the trimmed yeolmu under running water
3.Sprinkle coarse salt on the yeolmu, mix, and leave to pickle
4.Finely grind the dried red pepper with a bit of kelp broth, garlic, and dried shrimp
5.Finish the kimchi sauce by adding the finely ground dried red pepper, fish sauce, soy sauce marinated crab sauce, pepper seed, red pepper powder, and glutinous rice paste
6.To make some kimchi broth, add in kelp broth
7.Mix the sauce into the pickled yeolmu
