This is the 45 Commando Push-Up Challenge.
An old-school test of grit, power, and primal discipline.
You and a mate go head-to-head, taking turns doing commando push-ups in a ladder format.
1 rep… 2 reps… 3 reps… all the way up to 9 reps
That’s 45 reps total, no rest, pure grind.
It’s simple. It’s savage. It will test your limits.
🔥 Beginner? Start small — do less reps, or even do then on your knees.
🛡️ Warrior? Go beyond 45. Keep pushing until someone taps out.
