This no talking version of the center portion of my Swan Lake Inspired Ballet Class! This for intermediate advanced level dancers, but this is more on the advanced side. So build up to it! We repeat combinations a lot, so this is also great for stamina. Keep using your back muscles as you do the swan port de bras. But most importantly, have fun!
