Part Two of the Rib Cage Un-Caged video series by Eric Cooper Somatics. Delve deeper into the movement patterns of the rib cage and torso, exploring diagonal lines and oblique angles that travel through the body from front to back. By pandiculating these tension patterns, we can create more space for breathing, release constriction and change the roots of scoliosis. Improve your ease of movement and reduce causes of pain.
