In this 30 min COMPACT Bodyweight HIIT Workout | Cardio + Muscle Endurance + Core | No Repeat , we will have 9 bundles with 4 movements each: the first movement is a cardio, the second one is a horizontal movement ( body will be in a horizontal state), the third one is a leg focused movement and the forth one is a Core movement. We will be performing each movement for 35 seconds long with 15 seconds rest in between and a 20 seconds of rest after each bundle.

Before starting the workout, make sure to properly warm up by following this video:
