Join Sara in an invigorating workout - standing postures-focused. She uses a yoga block and strap for many positions, so bring those, or a suitable substitute (heavy book, belt, e.g.). OK for most beginners, except perhaps for the “flow” sequence; but as always, listen to your body and don’t emulate the leader. Sara does have a beginner student demonstrating easier options.
