This is a low-pressure, community-powered workout where we focus on consistency, mobility, and progress toward the splits together. We have hundreds of new viewers every day so we can explain each move a bit.

My goal is to help you (and me) practice consistency first and foremost. Stretch a little every day without overdoing it. If you train too hard and get too sore, you might take a break that turns side splits into a distant memory. No judgement. I'm speaking from experience. I've got 15+ years and probably 30+ instances of such experience.
