Coffee, pipet, cling film, pupurite, ink, stick, dip pen, pencil, brush, salt - these were some of the tools I played with and used in this morning movement meditation.
This is also a reflection of the current pandemic situation. New restrictions and new developments happening on a daily basis. Past becomes present and future becomes further away.
But I am happy to make a nice bog mess in my room!!
