My first Youtube.com post. "How to smoke fish". I used Bonneville whitefish in this case caught from Bear Lake in December 2011. I used apple wood for the smoke and a Camp Chef "Smoke Vault 18" smoker which runs on propane (LPG) from the same tank as my BBQ stove. If you have any comments or questions, please let me know.
UPDATE: 4/27/2013: I now rinse the fillets after brining them in clean water. It cuts down on some of the salt but you still get all the taste. After messing around with it, I like the rinsed fillets better than then un-rinsed ones as I did in the video.
