Today's Vinyasa Session is Based on the second Yama, Satya or Truthfulness. As you move in this practice breathe, be, move with your own truth. Your own needs, your own cadence and your own power. What is your truth? Embody it.

Satya encourages us to live slowly and thoroughly saying what we mean and meaning what we say. Our best life is a life built on the foundation of truth where we can express our authentic self even in the face of guilt and Shame and manage to be full of compassion for self and others.

Sometimes we have to stand in our truth even if we are alone and sometimes we have to be open to, adapt and accept a new truth for the greater good of self and others.
