Your nervous system decides how safe you feel, how deeply you can breathe, and how freely you can move.
When you’re stressed or overwhelmed, your body goes into survival mode — fight, flight, freeze or fawn.
In those states, muscles tighten to protect you, flexibility decreases, and even simple movements can feel heavy.
This session is designed to bring you back to center.
We’ll use breath, gaze work, forward folds and grounding shapes to calm the mind, soften the body and remind your system that you’re safe.
These are the exact tools I use when I feel overwhelmed, dysregulated or disconnected from my body.
