Day 2 of the summer challenge is here and we are focusing on those inner and outer thighs today.
For this workout, we are focusing on the thighs - which is definitely my biggest problem area! I love finding exercises that really help to target the key areas I want to focus on: inner and outer thighs and isolate the muscles to burn it out and tone it. Do as many reps as you can and make sure to breathe through each move!
Remember, follow the set schedule for the entire week, and then just repeat the week again for the rest of June to see amazing results!
For this challenge, make sure you take before pictures and at the end of June, send me your transformations to [email protected] - do not forget to get the detox above to help eliminate toxins and also get the summer meal plan which contains different delicious meals every single day :)
