Feet and ankle mobility is crucial for balance, stability, preventing falls, and reducing strain on the knees, hips and back. Our poor neglected feet really do so much that we don't even think about! Flexible ankles are also less prone to sprains and injuries. Plus, a lot of the exercises I do on this page like squats and balance, depend on feet and ankle mobility, so if you are having trouble with those videos, try this one first and then try those and see if you notice a difference!
